Launch Party Ideas

bamboopink goes live on April 18th

What will you be doing towards accomplishing your goals? And Making Money?

Have you planned your launch party?

whether an online party? or a party at your home or spa? or restaurant?

Here are some party ideas that you may want to try:

1-Ask a local blogger to help you in an event for your business where you will be giving a percentage of the proceeds of your proceeds at your event to a local charity. Be sure to pick one that is a popular local charity so you will be the most exposure.

a) have the blogger give away a gift at the event (and of course the blogger will be sure to blog about your event)

b) have a few giveaways: 1-a raffle of a gift certificate to a local restaurant 2-a raffle for a bamboopink piece of jewelry

2-Ask a friend a host a party for you to get free jewelry

a) invite your friends and family to the party

b) have your friend overinvite so that you get a good number coming to the party

c) have some giveaways: the persons who brings the most guests get a gift; the person who books the first show wins a gift;

d) Make the party a funtime so folks will never forget it

3)-Ask a local spa, salon or reataurant to host your launch party

This party can be a customer appreciation party with wine and cheese and crackers and fruit. You should also think of offering a percentage of the proceeds to the business hosts favorite charity so that they have an incentive to invite others and the charity will also promote the event. And you may also get some local press.

Other examples for fun events for your business:

4)-Moms of your kids friends and classmates are always looking for fun ways to have a fundraiser. See if there are any school clubs or activities that your business can be a part of as a fundraiser and incorporate your launch party into such a fundraiser.

5)-Churches, schools and local non-profits are always looking for new ways to raise money and if you are willing to give away some of your profits for a good cause, you will definitely gain a lot of business.

Don't forget your virtual trunk parties

6)-Invite your friends and family from near or far (across the nation) to view your jewelry and give their opinion on the pieces. Pick a fun theme for evites and the party...like a "Girl's Night Out," or "Meet The Jewels", Jingle and Bling Party, ...be creative and add some games and of course some prizes. Find a blogger who features online businesses to promote your virtual party...give the blogger an incentive. Think Outside The Box, Be creative, Have Fun! Let folks remember your party!

****No matter where you have your launch party, in someone's home, spa, restaurant or other place of business, be sure to have plenty of flyers, business cards and other promotional material on hand to get the word spreading about your business.

Good Luck & Have Fun Partying!
